The Plc-Lab suite of software tools is designed to help plc software engineers and system integrators deliver high quality machine controls in the shortest possible time.
A common problem when debugging a machine failure is lack of relevant data for analyzing. It is often necessary to reproduce the failure. Recreating the circumstances and conditions in which the failure occurred can be quite difficult and time consuming.
The philosophy behind Plc-Lab is to continuously collect as much data as possible without making any concessions to the accuracy of the data. Now when a machine failure occurs the engineer can focus on analyzing the problem instead of reproducing the problem.
